Kobi Michael is a senior researcher at the Institute for National Security Studies (INSS) Tel Aviv University, Israel. Eyal Ben-Ari is Director of the Kinneret Center for Society, Security and Peace, Kinneret College on the Sea of Galilee, Israel.
