Not all of his speeches have survived to this day, but the number of those that have survived gives us the opportunity to fully admire and enjoy the remarkable oratorical talent that Cicero possessed. The ancient Roman orator and philosopher Marcus Tullius Cicero came from a simple family, but was able to become a famous politician thanks to his oratorical talent. He played a key role in the political life of Rome and was always the most ardent supporter of the Republic, which ultimately led to his death. He left behind a fairly large literary heritage, a significant part of which has been preserved.
