Sagaraghosa is an English Buddhist teacher. This is the book she wished she had when she first encountered Buddhism. She is a kind and gifted teacher, and her writing is based on 14 years of leading classes, courses, and retreats for people new to Buddhism. She was ordained into the Triratna Buddhist Order in 2005.
