ISRAEL SALMEN, 32 years old, is the founder of Méliuz and Endeavor Entrepreneur. Born in Governador Valadares, Minas Gerais, Brazil, he has a degree in Economics from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG) and has been an entrepreneur since he was 14. In 2009, he founded Solo, an investment management company that was sold in 2011. Shortly after, he founded Méliuz, the first startup to go public on the Brazilian Stock Exchange, in 2020. LUCAS MARQUES is COO of Méliuz. He has a degree in Economics from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG) and was a trainee and manager at Ambev, from where he resigned to start his own business. At Méliuz, he has been in charge of sales, operations, HR, new business development, growth, and CS. He is part of Endeavor's group of entrepreneurs.
