Autorenporträt
Robert A. Donnelly Jr. is an associate professor of management at Goldey-Beacom College, a private business institution in Wilmington, Delaware. He earned a Ph.D. in operations research from the University of Delaware in 1988 and has been teaching both graduate and undergraduate courses at Goldey-Beacom College since 1993. His areas of expertise include statistics, operations management, management information systems, database management, and management of services. In 2000, Bob received the Faculty Service Award in recognition of his efforts in the development of a college-wide Academic Honor Code. He has made several business presentations over the years to the American Management Association, and since 1988, he has been involved in a variety of management consulting activities, including projects for Alpha Owens Corning Corporation and the DuPont Company.

Fatma Abdel-Raouf is a professor of economics and finance at Goldey-Beacom College (GBC). Dr. Abdel-Raouf has over twenty years of teaching experience at the graduate and undergraduate levels. Prior to joining GBC in 2002, Dr. Abdel-Raouf taught at Cleveland State University, Myers University, University of Phoenix, Langston University, State University of New York at Albany, and Cairo University. Dr. Abdel-Raouf also directed the graduate programs at the University of Phoenix where she started a new Master of Management program. In addition, Dr. Abdel-Raouf is a member of the editorial board of the Scientific Journals International, and a referee for the Eastern Economic Journal and the Southwestern Economic Review. Dr. Abdel-Raouf has been awarded the Excellence in Teaching awards from Goldey-Beacom College and Langston University, and was recognized in Who's Who among American Teachers and Educators in 2007.
