Autorenporträt
Martin S. Rice, PhD, OTR/L, FAOTA is Professor and Director of the School of Occupational Therapy at the Texas Woman's University. He has been in occupational therapy academia for about 30 years and has served on the editorial boards and as a reviewer for rehabilitation and occupational therapy peer-reviewed journals. He has published over 50 articles and has given over 100 presentations regionally, nationally, and internationally. Some of Dr. Rice's favorite occupations include bicycling and hiking in the great outdoors.

George Tomlin, PhD, OTR/L, FAOTA is Emeritus Professor of Occupational Therapy at the University of Puget Sound. His 38 years of teaching occupational therapy has resulted in about 40 publications and 90 presentations. He has collaborated with Prof. Dr. Bernhard Borgetto at the University of Applied Sciences in Hildesheim, Germany on advancing the Research Pyramid evidence model, and with Dr. Leona Gray at the Glasgow Caledonian University, Scotland on case study epistemology. He is a founding member of the Global Occupational Therapy Think Tank, and has volunteered for over 15 years for the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.

Franklin Stein, PhD, OTR/L, FAOTA is currently Emeritus Professor from the University of South Dakota and former founding Editor of Occupational Therapy International. He has taught courses as a tenured professor at Boston University, University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, University of Manitoba, and University of South Dakota. Besides six previous editions of Clinical Research in Occupational Therapy, he is the author of six other books and over 70 scholarly articles related to rehabilitation and psychosocial research.
