Chris Ryder is a dedicated special needs teacher living in sunny Birmingham, England. This is especially remarkable as he left education with only one GCSE (keyboard studies) and in general pretty much despised schooling, threatening upon leaving to never set foot back in the education sector again! However, as the years mellowed that forthright view, Mr Ryder found the value and true beauty that education brings. Though if you ask him what his true passion in life is, he would say, without hesitation, it is his family.
