Dr. Jerome Freedman is a cancer survivor for more than 17 years.

Stop Cancer in its Tracks: Your Path to Mindfulness in Healing Yourself was begun with the onset of bladder cancer in 1997. He maintained a diary for thirteen years. Now the 7 principles of mindfulness in healing are available to a wider audience through the publication of this book.

"I discovered the seven principles of mindfulness in healing throughout my recovery and want to share this information with anyone needing help and support through a life-threatening illness. These principles help to activate your body's ability to participate in good health."

The main objectives were to keep track of virtually every medical, emotional, spiritual, and psychological event that happened and document my efforts to take charge of my healing experience.

May you be free of suffering and the causes of suffering.
