The concept is to show that we should learn to take personal responsibility for all of our actions and reactions in our lives. As in the contents: 1. Resist thinking and speaking negative about yourself. 2. Not developing an Island Mentality, pulling away to not be bothered. 3.Putting up walls to block others out. 4. How we should strive to control our emotions on purpose. 5. Explains about the journey of fear. 6. How internalizing our problems can make us physically sick. The goal is to show these principles to the readers that don't know that there are better ways of handling our problems other than being Self Destructive.
