Stories from the Heart: The Carers Journey brings together 11 carers who share the heartfelt stories of their journey.
Each author brings love and realness to their chapter. They all have an individual story to tell, yet all expressed the same sentiment: that although caring for someone is tough, and there might be tears, there is also joy and gratitude for what their jojurney has brought to their lives.
The overarching message is that if you believe anything is possible, then you too will find a way.
