Storm over Guantanamo introduces its readers to a desert paradise where a group of international workers is threatened by a manicial terrorist. In response, Navy, Marine, and CIA operatives race to its defense. Meanwhile, in South Korea, the search continues for a lost child. It is pronounced gitmo but should never be written that way. Many thousands of people have lived on the base over the last 75 years, and the majority of us consider it to be a magical place.
