Strategic agility is a fast-growing paradigm for strategic thinking and strategy-making that is finding increasing acceptance both in academia and practice. With this book, Guido Bortoluzzi and Marco Balzano take us first into the past to look for the historical roots of this disruptive paradigm, then review the current academic debate on the topic and present some cases of agile companies. And finally, they discuss the potential future development of this topic in the field of strategy research.
