Produktbeschreibung
If you find yourself seemingly stuck in a situation over which you seem to have little control, or maybe even think is impossible to change, then this book is for you. Maybe you have come to believe that the circumstance you find yourself in, and the cause of the circumstance, is somehow outside of your control. Maybe you think your problem is with your partner, the economy, the boss, or whatever. But finding fault with whatever appears to be the cause, or getting mad or frustrated, doesn't make any difference at all.

If you feel hopeless and want to run away from the situation, you might think again. For by running away you might change the landscape, but your mind may very well recreate the same problem you are now trying to solve.

The answer, my friend, is to declutter the false thinking that now rules your mind, and create the freedom and clarity you want by getting back in charge of your life. So you go in search of a book or a counselor who might help you solve your problem, once and for all. This is the book, and you'll meet the counselor in it!
