SHAHEENA JANJUHA-JIVRAJ is a Lecturer in Entrepreneurship and Small Business at Brunel University Business School, UK. She has extensive experience of supporting business development working with both public and voluntary sector organizations, including the Department of Work and Pensions in the UK. She is a member of the Family Firms Institute, the Family Business Network, as well as the Centre for Research into Emotions at Work.
