Autorenporträt
Russell Malloch is one of the UK's leading authorities on honours. After graduating with a first-class degree from Glasgow University, Russell spent 5 years in the commercial sector, where he edited Hamilton's Coin and Medal Despatch and established his reputation as an expert on orders, decorations and medals. He joined and later wrote for the Orders and Medals Research Society and became a fellow of the Society of Antiquaries of Scotland and the Royal Numismatic Society. His monograph The Royal Victorian Chain earned the Literary Medal of the Orders and Medals Society of America.
