Autorenporträt
Born in England in 1944 John Hickson was brought up with his brother Colin on the family farm outside Manchester. At 36 John immigrated with his wife Margaret to Australia where he later started a small agricultural company.
*He and his wife have two daughters and a son

Whilst in Australia he undertook work as a courier driver working in and around the suburbs of Melbourne and it was whilst out doing one of his many deliveries he was inspired to write about the funny side to his work.

John wishes to thank Catherine MacInnes in depicting all the illustrations so wonderfully well.
