This book is written by the Arab -Islamic thinker Ahmed Amin, a book that combines originality and contemporary, documenting the words "Al -Fatwa" and "Al -Sa`dah, documentation in which the verbal connotations of these two words, on the passage of the ages that have been successful from pre -Islamic times, until the Mamluk era. It carries it from linguistic and historical signs, and the changes that have arisen on each of them through history. He also did not stop at the gates of the Mamluk era, but continued to the present time, after it started from pre -Islamic times, to the chest of Islam, then the Umayyad and Abbasid era, the Mamluk era is end. These two words in Sufism, as it worked to link the real and political meaning of the word fatwa, and the verbal significance of it in the early twentieth century, which brought it to a great success in highlighting the human meaning of the two words. And the differentiation between the clouds and the fatwa in the past and modern, with the mention of the people of the fatwa throughout the ages, and their history Amin says: "Every word has a history similar to the history of the country, the history of political systems, the history of people, and the history of words may be a mysterious twisted complicated."
