Civilization began in Egypt before the historical era (i.e. before 32 BC) a long time ago, estimated by scientists at about one hundred thousand years. They divided this long period into three eras, according to the growth and development of civilization and the materials that man used in making the tools he used, which are: - The Stone Age The ancient - Neolithic - the era of the beginning of metals.
