#3 1 Corinthians 7:10-11 tells us that if our partner leaves the faith, we are not obliged to keep the home. If our partner becomes divorced or commits adultery, we must forgive and seek restoration.
#4 Paul's counsel to the unmarried is to consider the present circumstances, and be ready to accept the trials that come with marriage. It is impossible for two people to live together without burdens of one kind or another, but there is no need to rush into marriage.
