Produktbeschreibung
The theme in this book is the human relationship aspects of project management. The chapters survey the best known models of organizational psychology, leadership and organizational management. The concluding chapter describes an integrated model of organizational psychology and explains how this is relevant to project management and team formation.

This ebook is a collection of research notes for the effort that led to the material contained in "Coping Styles: Dealing with Life on Life's Terms." The topics covered are very broad and very shallow.

It gives you one level more depth than you will get in a typical project management certification course. But it does not go as deep as a comprehensive college course might.
