Tom Faulconer enjoyed a successful career in the financial services industry before drawing on his background as an attorney, business professor, and Certified Financial Planner® to start Transitions Financial LLC, which helps those in transition, including job transitions.

Mike Johnson spent 35 years in various roles with IBM, then shifting focus to becoming a Certified Professional Coach®. Via Coach for Tomorrow LLC, Mike helps individuals and companies with career exploration, advancement, transition/professional rediscovery, leadership and talent development.
