Filipe Portela is an integrated researcher at Algoritmi, an Invited Assistant Professor at the University of Minho in areas like Web Development, Data Science and Gamification and the Founder and CEO of IOTECH - Innovation in Technology. He has experience as an editor and chair in several journals, books and conferences.
