Updated rules of the participation in and perpetration of an offense". The entire jurisdiction of the last decade to the questions of the offender rules is comprehensively documented and critically analysed. As a result, the rules of the "indirect perpetration of an offense by virtue of organizational machinery of power", which for the first time have been developed and incorporated from the jurisdiction in the last decade in this book, provide a particularly detailed appraisal. The author also tackles all new developments in the literature of the offender rules in a continuing form.
