Autorenporträt
Melinda Dillard grew up in the heart of Brooklyn and spent her formative years with her grandmother as both her parents were working two jobs to make ends meet. She was always intrigued by the legal system and ended up becoming a paralegal. She spent a lot of her spare time making notes about fictitious encounters persons had with the law. She was encouraged by her grandmother to expand on her notes and she started writing. She appeals to the reader who loves the adventure that just gets more and more twisted right up to the very end. She loves keeping the reader at the edge of their seat wondering what will happen next or who will have the upper hand.
