Angella Smithen is a loving and kindhearted individual who has always enjoyed writing poems and stories. She has always been passionate about the magic that happens when words come alive through expression. The ability to express oneself artistically has always been important to Angella. Angella was born on the beautiful island of Jamaica, where she lived in a humble community. She grew to appreciate a simple way of living. As a young adult, Angella migrated to the United States with her family. Having a close relationship with family has always been important to Angella. Family has always been a major influence in her life. Grateful to be blessed with three amazing children (Cawayne, Daniel, and Abigail), Angella often says that her children are the driving force behind the completion of her books. She fondly remembers how happy her kids were when she read them bedtime stories and how it aided them to be early readers. Now she is proud to share her words of family bonding, happiness, and memory-building with other parents. Angella has a genuine love for others, and that love is expressed in each and every word that she writes.
