Author/Artist/Sculptor: William Westwood Jr. Born: 1948, Pittsburgh, PA. Bill once worked as an Environmental Manager for a major telecommunications company. For over 20 years he was surrounded with mostly left-brained individuals with nary a whimsical, creative, or imaginative idea in sight. Now, in retirement, he feels he¿s finally in his element and is pursuing his dreams. He strongly believes that if God blessed you with a talent, then you had better use it! He has successfully marketed his wildlife paintings and portraits since striking out on his own and recently published a young adult fantasy novel called Tales of Tremora: The Shimmering. Education: Bill graduated cum laude from Pepperdine University with a BA in Business Science Management. He has also received AA degrees and certifications in: Russian Languages and Russian History from Syracuse University while serving in the USAF Security Service; Environmental Sciences and Hazardous Materials Management at the University of Riverside; Scientific Illustration at the University of Washington; Art and Advertising from Chaffey College; and has studied World Literature at the University of Maryland in London, England and Computer Animation at Henry Cogswell College, Everett, WA.
