He is the founder of OPENPhysEd.org and the author of the Believe In You Empowerment Program, as well as the SURGE Program for coaches of female athletes. Aaron also teaches as a part-time lecturer at the State University of New York at Cortland. He has been married to Andrea, the love of his life, for over 25 years. They have two incredible children, Isabelle and Caleb, who have both grown into strong and resilient young adults.
