The author has had PTSD since 2007. In 2009 he discovered a technique that stops negative emotions, and other issues associated with the disorder. The author has been an emotional researcher since 2009. This is his sixth book on how to stop negative emotions, and how to appy the Emotional Charge Technique to many issues. This is a short work, but teaches everything you need to know about the technique, and how to apply it on PTSD issues. This is a 3 step process, a practitioner is not required for this technique. A person can do the technique basically anywhere and time. If a person breaks down into a distraught, overwrought hysteria episode, the technique can be done right then and there. It can stop, and not return, this can take time, but it does not always have to be a long time... we are talking... less than a day. The author has run into this himself. What you can expect is: This particular emotion or emotions can reduce, fade, and stop... this particular episode may not come back up as a flashback, if it does just do the technique some more on it, it usually stops again. We stop episodes. Overtime, with less things triggering, the condition can improve. You can expect shock episodes of dissociation to reduce and even stop. You can expect to have some "calm" return. Betterment may be in small steps, but if you could stop a "freak out episode" today... would that not be improvement? "Raw, shot nerves" are no fun. This has been a good way to calm them down. Target those episodes like a sniper. This book teaches the technique in about the first 10-15 minutes of reading. First a short history and description of emotional charge is laidout. Examples of PTSD are given, then symptoms are discussed, and how to do the technique on those symptoms. The author details how to appy the technique on traumatic images; those vivid stuck images, by targeting the shock and negative emotions, (the horror), in, of, and behind them. The author has done this on many and varied episodes with the technique and stopped them. There is an appendix with a list of emotions to get started with, a glossary of terms, and references. Now you can have a technique in hand anytime you need it. Victory is the goal. Victory is achieved by healing. In addition to whatever else you may use for your PTSD symptoms, this technique is also a great tool to have. Take it from an emotional researcher with 12 years of experience stopping his PTSD symptoms with this one technique. There is hope, there is help.
