Things only become more interesting when a journalist also begins investigating the recent murder and teams up with Matt. Their joint investigation leads them to an underbelly of current and former gang members and former police informants. Autorenporträt

Chris Blake is a New Zealand author whose debut novel, The Sound of Her Voice, was a double finalist in the Ngaio Marsh Awards for best novel and best first novel. He was an assistant story-boarder for Season 2 of the crime drama series The Gulf. Born and raised in Auckland, he served briefly in the Army Reserve before joining the police in 2006.
