Thomas M. Leeder is a Lecturer in Physical Education and Sport Pedagogy in the School of Education and Lifelong Learning at the University of East Anglia, Norwich, UK. His research interests primarily focus on the professional learning and development of physical education teachers and sport coaches, via the use of qualitative research methods and sociological frameworks. Lee C. Beaumont is an Associate Professor in Physical Education in the School of Education and Lifelong Learning at the University of East Anglia, Norwich, UK. His research interests lie in the area of physical education and sport pedagogy, with a particular emphasis on health-related policy and practice within physical education, the promotion of healthy active lifestyles in young people, sport coaching, outdoor education, and lifestyle sports.
