Originally from Southeast Oklahoma, Lynndell Newby currently resides in Perkins, Oklahoma. He has worked in the agriculture sector for over 30 years and holds three agriculture degrees, including his Masters in Agriculture from Oklahoma State University, where he was inducted into the Phi Kappa Phi Academic Honor Society. He is a licensed real estate auctioneer and a professional ringman. He has also been honored by Oklahoma FFA with the Honorary State Farmer Degree and is a lifetime member of the Oklahoma Cattlemen's Association.
