As my children were in grade school they experienced being bullied some verbal some physical it made them sad and feel bad so i set about writing this book to show them that it was not ok for this to happen and just how special they were and how important they were .their personalities and many of their favorite pets and things they were interested in are woven into the story. George was a beloved pet . Amber was their baby sister who is now a young adult. The story is a positive story of courage and finding strength in oneself and of making their dreams come true . overcoming disabilities and obstacles that come their way and making a difference in the world .
