The legend of the construction of King Solomon's temple is the cornerstone of the Masonic Brotherhood, the foundation of speculative freemasonic thought. Every new reading and interpretation of this legend is a new opportunity for every Freemason to revise his deepest beliefs and feelings anew. That is why this reading is important and given due respect, especially in the lower degrees. Goran's reading and interpretation of the legend is in many ways specific, and it is organized into two parts that can be read independently: prose and poetry. Although at first glance the prose pages serve to provide an interpretation and context to the poetic work, the reader quickly realizes that Goran's split personality, his external and his internal, his "rational" and his "primordial", is refracted through this. The prose part reads Goran's mind and is the result of the great research done by the author. Goran presents us with different sources, arranges events in a historical context and gives us a picture of the life and aspirations of our spiritual ancestors in their desire to reach Divine grace. The abundance of data presented through the interpretation of events, especially in the second part, is particularly valuable. The author boldly expresses his personal opinion and interprets the events as he understood them, boldly creating narratives that are the basis for new interpretations. The poetic part is read by Goran's soul. Speaking in the first person, the author enters the mind of each of the characters, both positive and negative. With carefully chosen words, he shows the complexity of the happenings and thinking of all actors in the events that are unstoppably, fatefully, happening. Goran does not condemn or justify, he only states and conveys. It is up to the reader to decide and, through his own reflection of experience and character, interpret the events and see himself and his place in the temple. The Temple of King Solomon is a unique literary work written in a rich, yet simple and understandable language. As a contrast to the complex topic, the ease of reading gives the reader space to delve into his thoughts and to break the path of ancient architects through the filters of his own experiences and beliefs. Goran's freedom of thought, without fitting into imposed, dogmatic frameworks, is the true path of a free-thinking man with a good reputation.
