Ed Garron is a western fiction writer and children's book author from an English-American family. He has worked as a history teacher and lecturer, gun salesman, hunting guide, forester and entrepreneur. From the American side of his family he has gathered many old stories and anecdotes that often appear in his books, along with the fruits of his research into life in the Old West. He lists his hobbies as fishing, shooting and walking in countryside as wild and unspoilt as possible.
