I'm an educator, writer, illustrator, and author of over eighty children's stories, including:

• The Adventures of Jix, 35 learning-to-read stories about a plucky little monster in a world of fantastical creatures. This illustrated 4-volume collection introduces all the common letter patterns in English. Available this winter.

• The Poof! Academy, a collection of 40-plus fairy tales, 10 of them about a little school for witches, who are forever up to magical mischief. This 2-volume middle reader also features the common letter patterns.

• The Improbable Voyage of the Poof! Academy, a novel about the little witches' journey to magical realms they've never dreamed of before. Available soon.
