Elizabeth Bowman is an American author born and raised in the great state of Texas. While stumbling around in search of her true course in life she began to notice the state of those around her. Everywhere she went Elizabeth noticed masses of people with obviously unhealthy lifestyles. She went back to college and earned a Bachelors in Dietetics from Baylor University. Elizabeth spent several years working in different practices before opening her own business. Her one passion in life is from helping others achieve their weight-loss goals while retraining their minds to enjoy a cleaner, healthy existence. Elizabeth specializes in alternative diets with an emphasis on vegan. She has tailored her programs to include the total package, with focuses on losing weight and keeping it off, and a combination of mental health and physical wellbeing. Her bestselling book, Dr. Sebi Diet: Plant Based Meal Plan for Sustainable Weight Loss. Detox Your Body with Healthy Lifestyle Based Diets and Boost Your Energy Through the Day is available everywhere. Her belief that having knowledge is only as important as sharing it is conveyed in all she does. Elizabeth is generous and caring, showing genuine concern for her patients as she helps them traverse the often difficult course back to better health. She has helped thousands of patients over the course of her career and plans to continue until Father Time gets the better of her.
