A Texas native, Christina Zaremba always showed a desire to teach! Starting at a very young age Christina was always ready to help her classmates with any of their problems; even if it meant neglecting her own desires at the time. After graduating Weslaco High School, Christina went off to college in West Texas. Receiving a teaching degree in elementary education she started teaching in a local school district back home in the Rio Grande Valley. Christina always had a vivid imagination and developed an abundance of innovative ways to reach her students. Her passion for reading helped open up her desire for self improvement. Several years later, she received her Masters degree in Educational Administration and continued to develop her teaching expertise. Becoming a true innovator, Christina has been called on to conduct several teacher in-services by her school district. Christina's ultimate goal was always to write a series of books helping students, of all ages, to enjoy reading. One of her hobbies as a freelance makeup artist gave her the inspiration for her very first book about a little red lipstick.
