This is an Empire where dust is converted to consciousness, not only in the worlds of the Milky Way Galaxy, but in the neighbouring Andromeda Galaxy, too. There is even further potential to extend the Empire by bringing consciousness to all the galaxies of the universe. With consciousness existing across millions of Fields of Knowledge on Earth and all over the universe, the scene is set for Mind to monitor and control the vast resources of Matter in the universe.
