A political belief war to whose causal elements no side can any longer afford to lay a cognitive acknowledgement, since it is too systematic, deep-rooted and aged in both nature and effect. Who is the lesser evil? What is the real truth responsible?

A philosophical analyzes and critique, coupled with offered suggestions for the betterment of the human life in today's industrious societies (most specifically in the USA) aided by metaphysical speculations over the general human mental state, psychological tendencies and behavior, as may be contributory to the individual and social problems. All which makes a most direct and relevant part component of human live, is thereby brought into equation for such an analyzes and critique without prejudice. The chief aim of this work, is to serve as a call to social justice, and the awakening in both the society as a whole as well as the economic, Judicial and politico-governance structures of those long-suffered injustices that, now more than ever, seem evidently pressing and requiring of a reform.
