Several qualities that transformational leaders need to possess in order to embrace transformation include vision, creativity, inspiration, courage, collaboration, commitment, empathy, and emotional intelligence. He has previously published two other books, "Enterprise Risk Analytics for Capital Markets" and "Alternative Investment Strategies and Risk Management." He and his wife, Kasturi, have two children and live in Monroe, New Jersey.
