In this book, we present a description of a Health Exercise Complex developed by Chinese specialists based on traditional systems of psycho-physical training and self-regulation of Wu Shu and Qigong. The exercise complex can be used as a guide for beginners to master the art of Wu Shu and Qigong, as well as an effective method for preventing and treating various illnesses. The exercises within the complex are designed for the harmonious development and tempering of all parts of the body and limbs. The guide is illustrated to facilitate the learning of exercises, accompanied by recommendations on the therapeutic effects of each exercise and its indications for specific conditions. It is intended for doctors, psychologists, therapeutic exercise specialists, athletes, and anyone interested in strengthening their health.
