Autorenporträt
Emmanuel Owusu is the author of My Psychosis Story and Lets talk mental health. Having been diagnosed with a life changing mental illness in his early twenties in 2015, he was sectioned under the Mental Health Act 1983. This culminated with him spending a month in a psychiatric hospital in London, England. Following his ongoing recovery, he sought to learn more about his diagnosis and mental health as a whole. His journey has led him to publish a series of books and articles in relation to mental health. Emmanuel has a passion for helping raise awareness of mental health issues in the hope that it educates and thus reduces the stigma within society.
