A new and improved version of the 2018 original, this book will break down the confusion of Assistance Animal law across Australia. We go through Australia's International Treaty obligations, before covering Federal, State and Territory legislation and case law. Confused yet? Don't be afraid- we make it easy! See Parts 1 and 3 for information on terminology, selection, training and the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
