John Hiden is Emeritus Professor at Bradford University and Visiting Senior Research Fellow at the University of Glasgow. He is author and co-author of twelve books, chiefly concerning modern Germany and the Baltic region. Vahur Made is the Deputy Director of the Estonian School of Diplomacy and Associate Professor at the Department of History of the University of Tartu. David J. Smith is Reader in Baltic Studies at the Department of Central and East European Studies, University of Glasgow.
