Jacalyn H Mattes, a native of Jamaica, Queens, NY, resides in Nicholson, Pennslyvania with her husband Roger and their four children. The three oldest Emily, Molly, and Philip are busy with college and carving out a life for themselves. Phoebe, the youngest, attends middle school. Jacalyn has been a Special Education Teacher for over 20 years and works with multi handicapped students. It has always been her dream to become an author.
