Bannu took a year break after his 12th standard to crack the All India Pre-Medical Entrance Test (AIPMT). He wanted to be a doctor, and his parents supported his decision. He had to work extra hard as he couldn't afford the costly AIPMT coaching at Manav Coaching Institute, Shamaspur. Now, he had successfully cracked AIPMT, so much so that he topped the district. Though his parents were happy with this news, they couldn't afford to send him to a medical college. Once again, the money was a hindrance. They tried but couldn't come up with the money. Just then, the staff of Manav Coaching Institute, Shamaspur came to congratulate Bannu. They wanted Bannu to advertise for them. Bannu had to decide whether to falsely advertise and accept the money, or send them back.
