Autorenporträt
Max Eggert first read Theology at Kings London before transferring his allegiance to Psychology at Birkbeck, from there to Industrial Relations at Westminster and recently to clinical work at Sheffield University.

He enjoyed a successful career in HR and General Management but was fired in 1983 after appearing on the Money Programme. His career then really took off as a Management Consultant and he has worked with many thousands of people as a trainer of advisor in the UK, US and Australia. His is currently managing partner of Transcareer, an international consultancy dedicated to the empowerment of people at work. He works mainly in the UK and Australia as a strategist and as an advisor to organizations as well as a counsellor.

Max has two adult children, lives in Gateshead and Sydney and has a consuming passion for riding. His current research interest is in clinical hypnosis for career development. As a priest, he also works in the dioceses of Chichester and Sydney as an N.S.M.
