This is a guide to the Book of Nahum that discusses the meaning of the book in a symbolic and literal manner. Nahum is about the judgment against the city of Ninevah. which subsequently fell. In some ways, this is a companion piece to Jonah, since Jonah preached to the city and they repented of their sins. They had fallen back into their old ways of violence and it was inevitable that they would come under judgment.
