As well as working in the public sector, Fraser has served on three church staff teams in three countries, overseeing the youth ministry in each. He has spent many years successfully recruiting, developing and encouraging younger leaders. His books are designed to motivate, support and educate those who are in their first half of life and leadership. Fraser is married, has two grown up children and lives in Scotland. He holds a B.A. (Hons) Public Administration and a Master's Degree in Divinity from Denver Theological Seminary, Colorado, U.S.A.
