Mike has a passion for conflict resolution, collaboration, making this world a better place, and helping others find success with collaboration. His firm is dedicated to overcoming conflicts, applying alternative forms of dispute resolution, and providing focus by applying The Collaboration Effect® to enhances relationships, resources and results. With over 25 years of management at all levels with up to 1,200 employees Mike has real insights into technical management and leadership. Mike has leveraged that experience and partnered with neuroscientists over the last eight years to enable him to be an expert in conflict resolution. He works with small businesses to Fortune 100 companies helping others to resolve conflicts and to promote new levels of cooperation and achievement. He has saved clients hundreds of millions of dollars. Mike has completed over 2,500 mediations and negotiations, given over 450 presentations and written 14 books including his three signature books, The Collaboration Effect, Peaceful Resolutions, and The Servant Manager. Mike has a B.S., a M.S., and an MBA. This formal education has been enhanced by his varied work experiences as well as more than a decade of active participation in professional and legal negotiations and with hundreds of hours of continual professional education.
